What we process, and why
- If you write to us
- Your email address and whatever you tell us in the message. We use it only to reply. Legal basis: your own request — pre-contractual steps, or our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- If you only browse
- This site is static and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See the cookie policy.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and then for the period during which legal claims could arise. After that they are deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on personal data. Only the providers that give us technical services (email and hosting) have access; they act as processors and are bound by contract.
This site is hosted on Google infrastructure (Firebase Hosting). Where any processing involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to our processing it. Write to privacy@alephlabs.ee and we will reply within the statutory period.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the competent supervisory authority: in Estonia, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon; if you live in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the updated version here with its date.
